This recipe is a tasty twist on garlic butter and can be used on sandwiches, to make wild leek bread (see recipe below), as a base for sautéing up wild mushrooms and in any number of other ways. It’s great to have some made up in the fridge for whenever you want to add a little buttery spice to a recipe.
