This is such an easy, quick meal to make and a go-to in the winter time when we have plenty of bok choy and oysters in the freezer and we’re craving a nourishing, hot comfort meal.
Sauté the onions and garlic until translucent
Add oyster mushrooms and bok choy and sauté some more
Add vegetable stock and seasonings and bring to a boil
Add ramen noodles and cook until done
Serve and enjoy!
