Pickled Cucumber Wedges
This is an easy recipe to make and is cold-canned so no pressure cooking needed. Cold-canning ensures the cucumbers have that nice crunchiness to them, they tend to go a little soft in the pressure cooker. This recipe makes 7 quart jars so adjust as needed for the amount you want to make. These are great with a selection of tasty cheeses, on sandwiches or own their own as a healthy snack. We can’t get enough of them!
