Chanterelle & Asparagus Pizza
This is our favourite spring time pizza to make when fresh asparagus is popping in the garden and we still have some chanterelles left in the freezer from the previous year. We finally found a killer pizza dough recipe as well (thanks Chloe & Doug!) so this pizza just got even better. We use our own home-made pasta sauce which adds a lot of flavour. This recipe makes two cookie tray sized pizzas but if you only want to cook up one you can freeze half the dough for another time.
