Chanterelle & Spinach Lasagna
This is our go-to lasagna recipe, a vegetarian version that makes you not even miss the meat! It’s a rich and filling meal that is very easy to make. We sometimes substitute kale for the spinach (both from our garden) and use our own sun-dried tomatoes to add that extra flavour to it. I make it a lot for when guests come over and it’s always a crowd pleaser!
